With a strong background in both B2C and B2B marketing, advertising and communication strategy design and execution, her work has been recognized with numerous industry honors and achievements. She has a proven track record of success focusing on spearheading strategies that drive sales, enhance ROI, increase stakeholder loyalty, acquisition, retention, brand awareness and improve the overall customer experience. Prior to starting Flashlight Marketing, Carly led in-house marketing for Metro Philly Management with a portfolio including Marriott hotels, ShopRite and The Fresh Grocer supermarkets, and a variety of other food, beverage and hospitality brands. Carly is an active member of her community. She has previously served on the American Red Cross Delaware Valley Chapter Board of Directors, the Visit Delco PA Board of Directors, Southeastern PA's Friends of Red Cross Leadership Council, The Food Trust's Get HYPE Philly Advisory Board, and the Philadelphia Food Policy Advisory Council. She holds a degree in Public Communication and Political Science from American University and resides in Delaware County, PA with her husband and two children.
