Carly Spross
OWNER | CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER
A client-focused, results-driven leader and accomplished marketer with more than 25 years of industry experience, overseeing agency operations, strategic direction, and client success while helping brands achieve measurable growth. With a strong background in both B2C and B2B marketing, advertising, and communications, Carly has built a career around developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, increase ROI, strengthen stakeholder loyalty, improve customer acquisition and retention, and elevate brand awareness. Her work has earned numerous industry accolades and helped organizations across a variety of industries achieve measurable business results.
Under Carly's leadership, Flashlight Marketing has grown into one of the region's most respected marketing agencies, earning recognition as a three-time Philadelphia Business Journal Best Places to Work honoree and being named the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce's 2026 Woman-Owned Business of the Year.
Prior to founding Flashlight Marketing, Carly led in-house marketing for Metro Philly Management, supporting a portfolio that included Marriott hotels, ShopRite and The Fresh Grocer supermarkets, and a variety of food, beverage, retail, and hospitality brands.
A passionate advocate for community engagement and servant leadership, Carly has served on the American Red Cross Delaware Valley Chapter Board of Directors, including as Board Chair, as well as the Visit Delco PA Board of Directors, Southeastern Pennsylvania's Friends of the Red Cross Leadership Council, The Food Trust's Get HYPE Philly Advisory Board, and the Philadelphia Food Policy Advisory Council. In recognition of her leadership and service, she received the Betty Robinson Award from the American Red Cross in 2024 and the Northwest Trailblazers Award from Pennsylvania's 201st Legislative District in 2023.
Carly holds a degree in Public Communication and Political Science from American University and resides in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, with her husband and two children.

With unique consumer insight and campaign strategy experience, Lauren's background in client success along with advertising, brand strategy and market research gives her a fresh perspective backed by strong analytical prowess and data management skills.
Fun facts about Lauren…has seen every episode of Law & Order SVU, Italian hoagie expert, and one of her biggest life goals is to travel to all 50 states.
Marina Del Conte
MARKETING & CLIENT SUCCESS COORDINATOR
Marina comes to Flashlight with a breadth of experience having worked in financial marketing for several years. She is detail-oriented and strives to take note of even the smallest of nuances. She is passionate about all aspects of marketing including writing, editing, SEO and web design. Marina has experience working directly on client websites and is passionate about web design and development. She graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Communications and is eager to continue learning and adding to her knowledge while doing the best work that she can for our clients.

Aneesah Robinson

Aneesah is a passionate and dedicated lover of all things design. Whether it’s a digital piece of art or a tangible item, there’s never a time she’s not using her creativity. With a degree in Graphic Design and a minor in Marketing from Pennsylvania College of Technology, she loves for her work to tell a story and captivate the audience to ensure full impact.
Fun facts: Lego building expert, Formula One lover, and loves to travel – hoping to make it to all 50 states some day!

A graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology with a B.S. in Graphic Design and a minor in Marketing, Elise brings a lifelong passion for art and creativity to every project. With a strong eye for design and a knack for visual storytelling, Elise loves transforming ideas into impactful, visually compelling work.

Lauren is passionate about all things marketing, and combines strategy, creativity, and strong communication to deliver meaningful results for the team and client roster. She is a Temple University graduate with a degree in Communication Studies.
